We recommend Outer Banks Wedding Minister / Officiants. Reverend Tanya Young is a native North Carolinian that has lived on the Outer Banks for over five decades. She was 3 years old when her family moved here from Greensboro, NC. Her daughter, Reverend Tanya Barkley-Graham, was born and raised on the Outer Banks and holds a deep respect for the area and its people.
